Please read these terms carefully. They set out your rights, your responsibilities and the limits of the FundRaksha platform.

Platform usage

Services must be used only for legitimate business debt recovery and risk assessment.

Financial terms

Raksha Points are subject to verification and are non-transferable.

Data integrity

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the evidence and GST data you upload.

Jurisdiction

Disputes and platform operations are governed by Indian law.

01Scope of Services

FundRaksha Trust provides a digital ecosystem for GST verification, automated recovery workflows, and legal notice infrastructure. We act as a facilitator; the ultimate business decision remains with the user.

02User Onboarding

By creating an account, you represent that you are a valid business entity with a registered GSTIN. Misrepresentation of identity will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of wallet balances.

03Evidence & Reporting

When reporting a defaulter, users must provide valid invoices and proof of delivery. FundRaksha reserves the right to audit these documents before a 'High Risk' signal is broadcasted to the network.

04Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use the recovery workflow for harassment, extortion, or to recover non-business personal debts. Automated calls and notices must comply with TRAI and Indian legal guidelines.

05Promoter Financial Reports

Before requesting a promoter financial report (the loan repayment history of a proprietor, partner or director), you must obtain the consent of the person whose report is fetched, only to assess them before supplying goods or services on payment terms. By ticking the confirmation in the app you declare that you have this consent. You, as the registered account holder who logged in with OTP, are fully responsible for obtaining and holding this consent. FundRaksha fetches the report on your confirmation, records it with date, time and device, and is not responsible for consent you have not obtained. Reports must not be shared or used for any other purpose.

06Limitation of Liability

FundRaksha Trust is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from the use of risk intelligence data. Risk signals are indicators, not absolute financial guarantees.

07Misuse of defaulter reports

Misuse of the "Report Defaulter" feature for malicious intent or settling personal vendettas is strictly prohibited. Users found uploading false data will be blacklisted and may face legal action from the affected parties under Indian defamation laws.
