If a service can't be delivered (for example, no promoter financial report is available) or a follow-up or legal notice is rejected by our team, the Raksha Points are returned to your wallet automatically.

01Policy overview

FundRaksha Trust provides digital-first infrastructure including recovery workflows and legal notice dispatch. Since our services involve real-time access to data and immediate physical dispatch (in the case of notices), refunds are handled with strict adherence to service delivery milestones.

02Service Consumption

Digital verification services (GST Screening, Defaulter Search) are real-time. Once the data is retrieved from our proprietary network, the transaction is non-reversible.

03Wallet & Credits

Raksha Points and wallet balances cannot be liquidated or withdrawn back to a bank account once the purchase is confirmed.

04Failed Authorizations

In cases where your bank debits the amount but our system does not receive confirmation, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the gateway within 5-7 business days.

06Billing support

If you have been charged incorrectly or face issues with your wallet balance, write to billing@fundraksha.com or support@fundraksha.com. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
